To the Eye: Beautiful dark red colour with purple tints.
To the nose: A typical very elegant bouquet with aromas of red fruits (Strawberry, raspberry), green pepper, cinnamon.
To the mouth: The mouth, voluminous, is well balanced with fine tannins. The nose compliments the palate by producing aroma of blackberry, cloves and kirsch.
It's advised to taste it at 18 degree room temperature. A well elaborated wine to open 2 hours before drinking it.
